Jake Dean writes stories and ride waves on Kaurna Country, south of Adelaide, South Australia.

He writes mostly short fiction and he’s working on a short story collection that’ll hopefully be published in the next two to 50 years.

He used to write a lot of non-fiction, but doesn’t do much of this anymore.

Jake is a former magazine editor and newspaper journalist, and has done lots of other jobs such as media/comms guy, kitchenhand and retaining wall labourer.
